Experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee daily field operations for commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in accordance with contract requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at coordinating subcontractors, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving projects to successful completion. This position requires travel to active project sites.
Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversees project safety, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, contract administration, and client communications while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reports to the VP of Operations. Provides leadership and mentorship to project team.
The Senior Construction Cost Estimator will be based in Springfield, MA while supporting geographically dispersed projects throughout the United States. These individuals will support the Director of Estimating on pursuing new opportunities by developing proposal responses and preparing competitive bid responses.
Supports the Project Manager and Superintendent in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules, supporting subcontractor communications, and assisting with financial, quality, and safety processes to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
